Chelsea have decided to sign the 17-year-old Southampton striker Jimmy Morgana.
The Blues plan to sign the player after the transfer window closes. It is said that the clubs have already agreed that the player will sign a 3-year contract.
Morgan will play in the Londoners’ academy.
