The Chelsea manager Graham Potter commented on the Blues’ draw against Fulham in Premier League (0:0).
There is disappointment at not being able to win, of course. I think we all felt inspired and positive. The players are in a good mood. They worked diligently for each other against the organized collective.
Fulham players have been playing together for a long time. We have a different phase: players are returning from injuries, new players are arriving. We need time to sort things out. We lacked the teamwork, fluidity and trust that comes with mutual understanding.
Newbies are getting used to a new country and a new league. It’s pretty hard. When such a price, there will be some questions, such is the business.
