Spertsyan: “There is a desire to play in Europe, but I am here and I want to achieve a lot with Krasnodar”

Krasnodar midfielder Eduard Spertsyan admitted to Sport24 that he did not receive offers from European clubs, but he has a desire to play in Europe.

– A question that is constantly being circulated in the press: what proposals do you have, and what desire is more – to stay at the club or leave to play in Europe?

– I, like you, saw all this in the press. I don’t know anything, no one called me personally and my leaders at the club. I don’t know anything personally. I am here in Krasnodar.

– Are there people with whom you consult about playing in Europe, your future?

– I’m not talking to anyone yet.

– But there is a desire to play in Europe?

– Desire, of course, is, but let’s see how it will be. Now I’m here and I want to achieve a lot with Krasnodar.

On Friday, Krasnodar defeated Sochi 1:0 and became the leader of the Winline RPL Winter Cup tournament. Earlier it was reported that a number of European clubs are applying for Spertsyan.

Sochi in the second round of the RPL Winter Cup Winline will play with Rostov, Krasnodar with Spartak. The meetings will be held on February 6 and will start at 17:00 and 20:00 respectively.
