West Ham manager David Moyes thinks the midfielder Declan Rice it will cost over £106 million. Chelsea have previously paid this amount for a Benfica player Enzo Fernández.
Rice could join a top English club next summer. Moyes believes the Declan sale will financially outstrip the Enzo deal.
It was previously reported of interest in the player from the top 4 club Premier League.
