Bilyaletdinov: “Pinyaev and Glushenkov are transfers for the future, but points are needed now”

The champion of Russia in Lokomotiv Diniyar Bilyaletdinov believes that newcomers to the railway workers Sergey Pinyaev and Maxim Glushenkov will still grow as players, but the team needs to score points now.

Pinyaev and Glushenkov moved to the capital club from the Samara Krylya Sovetov in the winter transfer window.

– It all depends on the guys how they will be prepared psychologically. But now it’s more about transfers for the future, Bilyaletdinov told KP Sport. – They have the opportunity to grow into great players, and Lokomotiv is a good springboard even in the current situation. True, now we need to score points. And the psychological pressure will be serious.

18-year-old Pinyaev signed a contract with Lokomotiv for 4 years, this season the MIR RPL played 11 matches, scored three goals and gave two assists. 23-year-old Glushenkov also signed a 4-year agreement with the railway workers, he has played 16 matches in the current RPL season, scoring five goals and making six assists.
