Rostov head coach Valery Karpin, after losing to Sochi (0:3) in the Winline match of the 2nd round of the RPL Winter Cup, told the players to continue doing what they train, said Rostov defender Danila Prokhin.

– Unsuccessful result. We tried to do what we do in training. The result, of course, is always important, but you have to understand that this is a training match. It is clear that no one can be satisfied. But Karpin said to continue doing what we train. And it doesn’t matter how many we concede or score,” Prokhin told the “Championship”.

In the last round, Rostov lost to Spartak Moscow in the penalty shootout – 1:2 (0:0 after regular time).
