Rumors that Pari Nizhny Novgorod signed Denis Glushakov have been circulating on the Internet since January, but the conclusion of the contract is only now being announced. This winter, among the prominent veterans, not only the former Spartak midfielder found himself a new team.
Lokomotiv needs Dzyuba’s experience
This deal has enough arguments for and against. Undoubtedly, Muscovites have assembled a squad that is too young to confidently solve the problem of retaining a place in the Premier League – so that the knees do not shake in decisive matches and it turns out to give all you can, you need to toughen up. Artyom has it – the striker showed his best qualities when he was sent on loan from Spartak and was sent off from Zenit.
Dzyuba gave his first productive season to Tom, for whom he played on loan, where he scored 10 goals in 24 matches in the 2010 championship. Then the “red-white” gave him to “Rostov” – and again success ( 17 goals in 28 games). The most recent example is a connection with Arsenal in Tula, when the Russian striker had no relationship with the then St. Petersburg manager Roberto Mancini. Later, Glushakov also took part in a friendly match with Plovdiv’s Lokomotiv. Today Nizhny Novgorod still announced the signing of the 36-year-old midfielder, the contract will be valid until the end of this season, it provides for an extension option.
The age midfielder changed Khimki to Pari NN in time. The club near Moscow is falling apart before our eyes: most of the leaders have been released, signings have not been announced. It is difficult to imagine that at the end of the season, residents of Khimki will keep their residence permit RPL. Nizhny Novgorod also has problems – they had to let go of head coach Mikhail Galaktionov, who was taken under a new vector of development. Subsequently, key centre-back Ilya Agapov also left the team. But even so, Glushakov’s new club has more prospects. First of all because they have found a competent replacement for the leaks.
