“It was great”. Emmanuel Eboue remembered Arshavin’s poker against Liverpool

Former London Arsenal defender Emmanuel Eboue shared his memories of Andrey Arshavin’s game in the match at Anfield, when the Russian managed to win poker against Liverpool.
— I remember Andriy scoring four goals against Liverpool. It was great, I was on the field and saw it from the front row. But that game ended in a draw, no one believed that this was possible, – quotes the words of Ebue “Championship”.
In April 2009, in the match of the 33rd round of the English Premier League, Andrei Arshavin scored four goals in an away match between Arsenal and Liverpool. The meeting ended with the score 4:4.
