PARI NN Nizhny Novgorod has agreed to extend the contract with striker Timur Suleymanov, RB Sport reports.

According to the source, the parties verbally agreed to extend the contract on improved terms for the player. A new agreement may be signed soon.

22-year-old Suleimanov is a graduate of Lokomotiv. He has been playing for PARI NN since the summer of 2021. The player’s current contract with the club expires at the end of May.

For the Nizhny Novgorod team, the forward played 87 meetings, scored 19 goals and gave eight assists. Portal Transfermarkt estimates the cost of Suleymanov at 1 million euros.

The Russian football season will resume on February 22 with FONBET Russian Cup matches. On March 3, the WORLD RPL draw will continue. Live broadcasts of RPL matches and the National Cup are available on the Match TV federal channel and the thematic channels of the holding, as well as on the matchtv.ru and sportbox.ru websites.
