“Galitsky dreamed that pupils would play in Krasnodar. So what are the pupils? He sells them himself” – Demenko

Former Krasnodar football player Maxim Demenko believes that the owner of the Krasnodar club, Sergei Galitsky, needs to decide on the desired goals that the “bulls” must achieve.
In early January, Serb Vladimir Ivic was appointed head coach of Krasnodar.
– It seems to me that Sergei Nikolayevich cannot find a middle ground. Because if you look at Krasnodar, you can see that its game model does not change. I have my own style: ball control, open football. Every coach brings something different. But in the end, they do not stay in the team. And for this style, Murad Musaev also trained well, I think. Under him, the team played in the Champions League, in the Europa League, – RB Sport quotes Demenko.
– Shouldn’t you change coaches so often?
– It is necessary that the coach has worked for at least three or four years. And to be trusted. Galitsky has his own principles. He dreamed that only pupils of Krasnodar would play in the team. But we see that in reality this does not happen. So what are the pupils? He sells them himself. The guys don’t stay. There are conflicts. It seems to me that Sergei Nikolayevich must decide what he wants. And understand how to achieve this.
I remember how Yuri Semin said: let the game be ugly, but if the scoreboard is 1:0, then we have achieved our goal. For him, the main thing is the result. Galitsky is always for beautiful football. But who needs it? Everyone wants results today.
Krasnodar, after 17 rounds, is eighth in the WORLD table of the Russian Premier League (RPL), gaining 25 points.
