The son of the Wings of the Soviets record holder for the number of matches in the top division of the Russian championship Anton Bobr, Ivan Bober, became a player in the Samara team, the press service informs.

Earlier, Match TV reported on Ivan’s transfer to the club. The contract was signed for two years.

Ivan Bobru is 17 years old, he started his career at the Samara Academy, and in July 2020 he moved to Chertanovo. The football player played 12 games and scored seven goals for the Russian national teams of different ages (U-15, U-16, U-17). His father Anton Bober played a record 310 matches for the Wings.

The Russian football season resumes on February 22 with FONBET Russian Cup matches. Rostov will play with Ural in the first quarterfinal match of the upper bracket of the playoffs, Lokomotiv will host Spartak.
