The Brazilian newcomer of Krasnodar Cady Borges spoke about the interest in him from other teams from Russia, and also admitted that he was surprised by the willingness of the Kuban club to pay compensation to Karabakh for him.

– A week before the start of the holiday at the end of last year, I found out that Krasnodar was interested in me. Usually I don’t do transfer business, I have an agent for that. At first, I did not think that Krasnodar was ready to pay the compensation, because three months before that I had signed a new contract with Karabakh. But when it became clear how much the club was counting on me, I told the agent that I wanted to accept this challenge. For me, this is a big challenge. I am very happy, I have great expectations.
