Lokomotiv striker Artem Dzyuba was the most prominent of the team’s newcomers in the FONBET Russian Cup match with Spartak, former Lokomotiv football player Dmitry Sennikov told RB Sport.

Dziuba was recognized as the best player in the first match with Spartak in the quarterfinals of the FONBET Cup of Russia. The meeting took place at the RZD Arena on Wednesday and ended with a score of 1:0 in favor of the Red-Whites. Dzyuba played the first official match for Lokomotiv, he came out in the starting lineup and remained on the field until the final whistle. – Of the newcomers to Lokomotiv, Dzyuba was the most prominent player in the derby, especially in the second half, – Sennikov said. – It is clear that the whole team had a bad first half of the meeting. Only in the second half, when there were substitutions and Spartak relaxed a little, did everyone look good. Dzyuba looked good and Glushenkov entered the game great.
