Torpedo defender Yuri Zhuravlev told RB Sport that the players need to believe in their work, despite the last place in the WORLD RPL table.
After 17 rounds of the Russian Championship, Torpedo is in last place in the standings with six points.
– And what? There are 13 more games to go. Maybe we will win all the matches now? Everything can be. The main thing is to believe in yourself. Football players need to believe in their cause, – said Zhuravlev.
Zhuravlev, 26, has made 18 appearances this season, scoring goals and assists.
On Sunday, Torpedo in the away match of the ¼ finals of the FONBET Way of Regions of the Russian Cup lost to Togliatti Akron with a score of 0:2 and flew out of the tournament.
