Spartak defeated Lokomotiv and reached the semifinals of the RPL way of the Russian Football Cup

Moscow “Spartak” defeated the capital “Locomotive” in the second leg of the ¼ finals of the RPL FONBET Cup of Russia and made it to the semi-finals of the tournament.

The meeting at the stadium in Tushino ended with the score 4:2. Mikhail Ignatov, Roman Zobnin, Christopher Martins and Quincy Promes scored goals for the Red-Whites, who also missed another 11-meter kick. The losers scored a double Anton Miranchuk.

Lokomotiv will continue to fight for the trophy in the second stage of the ¼ finals of the path of the regions. The next opponents of the teams will be determined during the draw, which will take place on March 2.
