Lokomotiv will most likely apply to the refereeing committee following the match between the Kyrgyz Republic and Spartak, Nagornykh said

Lokomotiv is likely to appeal to the refereeing committee of the Russian Football Union (RFU) because of the work of referees at the match against Spartak in the Russian Cup, said Yuri Nagornykh, chairman of the board of directors of the railroad.

On Monday, Spartak beat Lokomotiv in the second match of the quarterfinals of the Russian Cup RPL path with a score of 4:2. During the game there were several controversial episodes that influenced the outcome of the match.

– We have bodies in the RFU, which should sort out the refereeing after the match. We have questions. Lokomotiv, most likely, will apply to the referee committee. We need to figure out what kind of game we are playing – wrestling or football, – the Match TV website quoted Nagorny as saying.

In the first match of the ¼ finals, Spartak won with a score of 1:0 and advanced to the next stage by the sum of the meetings. Lokomotiv will continue to fight for the trophy in the second stage of the ¼ finals of the playoffs of the path of the regions. The next opponents of the teams will be determined during the draw, which will take place on March 2.
