Spartak head coach Guillermo Abascal answered the question why Quincy Promes took the second penalty in the match against Lokomotiv, despite the fact that the first attempt was unsuccessful.

Lantratov again parried Promes’ blow, but the referee decided that the 11-meter kick should be repeated, on the third attempt the forward sent the ball into the goal.

But Quincy is our full-time penalty taker. Maybe the lack of practice had an effect… It’s good that he scored that goal after all.
