Krasnodar defender Junior Alonso told RB Sport that he was ready to become the leader of the football team.
– Do I manage the defense of the team a lot? Yes it is. It so happens that I am one of the most experienced players in the team, the coach asks me about it. I follow his instructions. I am ready to become the leader of Krasnodar. My adaptation in Russia is going well, I like the city, but I haven’t had much time to get to know it yet. Right now all our thoughts are on the upcoming games,” Alonso said.
Krasnodar announced the signing of Alonso in January 2022. The football player did not play a single match for the Russian club and suspended the contract in March. After that, the 30-year-old player returned to Brazil, the Paraguayan played on loan for Atlético Mineiro, the agreement expired on December 31.
