CSKA striker Chalov: “Let’s be realistic: the first place is far from us”

CSKA forward Fedor Chalov told Match TV that the army team will continue to fight for medals in the Russian championship this season.
CSKA lost away to Sochi on Sunday with a score of 0:2 in the match of the 18th round of the WORLD RPL.
— Let’s be realistic: the first place is far from us. But the medals didn’t go anywhere. We will fight for them.
We don’t need to look at the table. The quality of the game should be improved: there are two important games ahead in the Cup, Chalov told Match TV.
CSKA has 29 points, the army team is on the fifth line in the standings. The leader in the championship “Zenith” has 45 points.
In the next round, CSKA will host Wings of the Soviets at home. The meeting will take place on Sunday, March 12.
