Five bedrooms, a billiard room, a laundry room, a hammam, a sauna and a library are waiting for a new owner.
Former Russian football player Dmitry Tarasov once led a luxurious life. The midfielder’s income exceeded a hundred million rubles a year, his ex-wife Olga Buzova earned even more. Renting Luzhniki for a birthday was a common thing for a star couple. But times have changed, the singer is no longer around, fabulous contracts are a thing of the past.
The athlete is even forced to get rid of a huge house, the maintenance of which costs a pretty penny.
Is the luxurious life of the ex-football player of the national team now too expensive?
comfortable life
Russian football player Dmitry Tarasov in October 2021 announced the suspension of his career. Judging by the fact that the player, who will turn 36 in March, has not shown a desire to return to the professional level during this time, it can be assumed that the sports path of the ex-midfielder of the Russian national team has already been completed.
Now the champion of Russia as part of Lokomotiv can already fully focus on his family and children, of whom he has four. Nothing will prevent Dmitry from plunging into creativity – he starred in videos and even recorded songs, why not try again? There is a chance for an athlete to prove himself in his favorite game, developing his own media club “Rodina Media”, since the income of famous football players in our country allows them to live comfortably even after their careers are over.
Or is it still not allowed? Tarasov’s decision to put the house up for sale made him doubt the issue of the well-being of the former football players. Five bedrooms, a billiard room, a weight training room, a server room, a laundry room, a wardrobe, a hammam, a sauna and a library – a total of 1000 square meters, and even a plot of 25 acres. Dmitry agrees to part with all this wealth for only 210 million rubles, according to his message on social networks. And at the same time hinted that he wants to move “to a smaller house.”
Luxury in the past
Why move to a less spacious house if the family is growing is not entirely clear. Is that due to the high cost of living in the current housing. In 2016, when the Lokomotiv player broke up with Buzova, Life estimated his income at 1.5 million euros. In the best of times, earnings reached 2.4 million euros. According to Channel Five, in 2018 the midfielder earned 158 million rubles, another 70 in the first nine months of 2019. At the end of his career at Rubin, Dmitry’s income was more modest. The athlete’s lawyer Umalat Saygitov spoke about the amount of half a million rubles per month. Now, perhaps, the football player does not have such income. But did he squander everything he had before?
Perhaps it is. When you earn millions of euros, and even your spouse the same amount, you can live in a huge mansion. Now Buzova has chosen the “world of other men” and does not share her income with Dmitry. Paying for a communal apartment for such an area is not a cheap pleasure, but you still need to remove snow on 25 acres, put things in order in numerous bedrooms.
Or maybe Tarasov didn’t squander anything and just, like a zealous owner who knows how to count money, decided to give up luxury for completely different reasons. Now he will have a table football instead of a billiard room, a shower room instead of a hammam, and a coffee table instead of a library. He can put the proceeds of millions into a profitable business or spend on charity. And unnecessary luxury can be left in the past.
