Karpin called up 10 Spartak players to the Russian national team, four from Zenit and Dynamo

Ten Spartak players were included in the extended list of the Russian national team for the upcoming March training camp.

The coaching staff of Valery Karpin called goalkeeper Alexander Selikhov, defenders Daniil Khlusevich, Georgy Jikia, Daniil Denisov, Nikita Chernov, midfielders Anton Zinkovsky, Danil Prutsev, Ruslan Litvinov, Mikhail Ignatov and forward Alexander Sobolev. This is the largest representation of the MIR RPL club in the extended list of the national team.

From Zenit, Rostov and Dynamo Karpin called four players each.

The collection will take place from 19 to 28 March in Novogorsk. The friendly matches of the national team will be announced later.

Earlier, the communications service of the RFU told Match TV that the RFU and the Iranian Football Federation agreed on the date of the friendly match of the national teams – March 23 in Tehran. The RFU also informed Match TV that the organization offered the Iraqi Football Federation to hold a friendly meeting of national teams in Sochi.
