All ten players from Spartak deserve a call to the Russian national football team, said Franco Camozzi, assistant to the former owner of the Red-Whites Leonid Fedun.

The expanded composition of the Russian national team included 41 players. From Spartak, these are: goalkeeper Alexander Selikhov; defenders Daniil Khlusevich, Georgy Jikia, Daniil Denisov, Nikita Chernov; midfielders Anton Zinkovsky, Danil Prutsev, Ruslan Litvinov, Mikhail Ignatov; forward Alexander Sobolev.

– All ten players from Spartak deserved a call to the national team. In Russia, the Red-Whites work best with young players. I think that calling Miranchuk and Golovin is also on the case, Camozzi told Metaratings.ru.

The training camp of the Russian national team will be held from 19 to 28 March in Novogorsk.

Earlier, the communications service of the RFU told Match TV that the RFU and the Iranian Football Federation agreed on the date of the friendly match of the national teams – March 23 in Tehran. The RFU also informed Match TV that the organization offered the Iraqi Football Federation to hold a friendly meeting of national teams in Sochi.
