The president of Ural, Grigory Ivanov, admitted that he was glad to be called up to the Russian national team by the players of the Yekaterinburg team Ilya Pomazun and Mingyan Beveev.

– The club is very happy that our players have been called up to the Russian national team. They deserve a challenge with their game, the head coach calls them to get acquainted. If the head coach invited them, then they deserve it. We are very pleased that Ilya and Mingiyan are called up to the Russian national team. This is the first time that two players from Ural were called up to the national team at once,” Ivanov told Metaratings.ru.

The collection will take place from 19 to 28 March in Novogorsk. The friendly matches of the national team will be announced later. Earlier, the communications service of the RFU told Match TV that the RFU and the Iranian Football Federation agreed on the date of the friendly match of national teams – March 23 in Tehran. The RFU also informed Match TV that the organization offered the Iraqi Football Federation to hold a friendly match between the national teams in Sochi.
