Russian FIFA referee Sergey Karasev said that at the beginning of his career he shouted at the players during the matches so that they respect the chain of command.
– At the beginning of his career, he decided to assert himself by screaming. Whether the first, or the second league – I do not remember. There is always a player who starts checking the referee. When the face is still new, and the players are experienced. All judges go through this. Everyone builds their own norm of behavior. Someone at the expense of cards more. I tried not to show them again. It is clear that if they shout in your face, this is unacceptable, and sometimes football players allow themselves a little behind their backs. I tried to talk to the person normally, but it did not work. We had to communicate in the same language. Sometimes they understood, – “Championship” quotes Karasev.
