Arsenal draw with Sporting in the first leg of the 1/8 finals of the Europa League
Arsenal played a draw with Sporting in the first leg of the 1/8 finals of the Europa League.
The meeting, which took place in Portugal, ended with the score 2:2.
Gonzalo Inacio (34th minute) and Paulinho (55th) scored goals for the home team. William Saliba (22) scored for Arsenal, and Hidemasa Morita (62nd) also scored an own goal.
The return match will be held in London on 16 March.
