PSG footballer Neymar undergoes ankle surgery
Paris Saint-Germain striker Neymar has undergone surgery in Doha, Qatar, due to an ankle injury he received in the French Championship match against Lille, according to the website of the French club.
Previously, PSG reported that the recovery of the Brazilian will take about 3-4 months.
Also out for 10 days due to injury defender Marquinhos, Moroccan Ashraf Hakimi will return to training next week.
Neymar has made 29 appearances for PSG this season in all competitions, scoring 18 goals and providing 17 assists.
