It wasn’t our best game. Nevertheless, we created many chances, but instead of scoring the third goal and finishing the game, we conceded two goals incredibly easily. Although I don’t remember a single critical moment where we played badly or let the opponent create something. Two ball came from nowhere. Let’s analyze and see what’s wrong. It will be a lesson for the team not to relax. The score 2:0 is slippery.
I’m glad that we were able to show character and win the game. Those players who came on as a substitute took part in the goal scored, ”Match TV quotes Semak as saying.
Zenit is leading the Russian Championship with 48 points.
