Lokomotiv shows the result, which indicates the correct decisions of the club’s management about changes in the coaching staff and inviting new players, says Valery Masalitin, a former CSKA Moscow football player.
On Saturday, Lokomotiv beat Akhmat in Grozny in the match of the 19th round of the WORLD RPL with a score of 1:0, playing part of the meeting with nine men.
– that they hit [в нижнюю часть таблицы], there are objective and subjective reasons for the development of the club. Normal, good, high-quality players are gathered there, and the fact that they ended up at the bottom of the standings was nonsense. But now the leadership has changed, a new coaching staff has come with their own strategy, new players have come. At least two games were good, very high quality.
We must pay tribute to the fact that Akhmat, playing two more people, did not create any special problems for Lokomotiv. There were no such obvious threats, the railwaymen calmly brought this game to victory. There was a moment, of course, when the defender hit with his head, if he got into the corner, the score would have changed. But Lantratov was on the spot, chose the right position and caught the ball. But it’s hard to talk about the game, because there were two removals, and no one knows how the game would have developed without them. But the result is, two games and two wins. It means that the management did the right thing, that they made such changes both in the coaching staff and in inviting players, in particular Glushenkov and Pinyaev, Dziuba, – Masalitin said in a conversation with Gazeta.Ru.
Lokomotiv (19 points) is 13th in the standings. In the next round, Mikhail Galaktionov’s team will host Krasnodar.
