Rostec’s subsidiary RT-Capital has filed a claim against the football club Krylya Sovetov in the amount of approximately 146 million rubles at the Moscow Arbitration Court, the court file shows.
The statement of claim was filed on January 19, the amount of claims is 145 million 689 thousand 232.6 rubles. The essence of the requests was not specified; the application has not yet been admitted to court.
The press service of “The Wings of the Soviets” reported that it had not yet seen the statement. “The club has not yet seen the statement of claim, and therefore there is no understanding of the specifics of this request. As soon as we receive all the documents, we will study it,” the press service noted.
On December 1, enforcement proceedings were initiated to collect a debt of more than 928 million rubles from Krylya Sovetov in favor of RT-Capital. Previously, the decision to collect the debt was made by the Moscow Arbitration Court, then the 9th Arbitration Court of Appeal confirmed this decision. The football club has borrowed funds for financial support, but has not met its debt repayment obligations since 2016.
As the club’s press service reported on December 30, Krylya Sovetov paid off the debt in the amount of 535 million rubles.
