Bayern failed to regain leadership in the Bundesliga, losing away to Bayer. Video
Bayern Munich lost to Bayer (1:2) in the away match of the 25th round of the German Bundesliga.
The guests opened the scoring in the middle of the first half after a shot by Joshua Kimmich, but then in the second half of the meeting, Bayer midfielder Exequiel Palacios converted 11-meter shots twice and brought his team a strong-willed victory.
With 52 points, Bayern remained in second position in the table – earlier on the round of Munich they overtook Borussia (53), who beat Cologne on Saturday with a score of 6: 1.
As for Bayer, the team is 8th in the Bundesliga with 37 points.
