At first it seemed that the tough and simple coach Galtier had managed to rein in the dressing room with charismatic leaders like Mbappe, Neymar, Ramos and Messi. And in Paris you have to think of everything else”.

There is an opinion that Galtier is too concerned about the condition of his stars, to take care of them, so that nothing offends or offends them. But is this the job of a coach? And in this context, the sensational approach to the players of the director Luis Campos, who tried not to play dumb with them, but to shake them hard, looks different. Probably the coach has discredited himself in their eyes and his ability to emotionally shake the players has already vanished.

Returning to Romano’s position, one can easily trace Messi’s attitude towards what is happening at the club. It seems logical to think about the prospects. But it seems that a visitor to an expensive hotel meticulously looks not only under the rim of the toilet bowl, but also at the menu in search of an exquisite delivery to the room. In previous clubs, Galtier has proven to be a tough mentor. At Lille, who became champions with him, Christophe sometimes went against the management line and got into tough fights with his players, but he knew what he was doing and what he was going to give. Therefore, the players retained respect for him and did a common thing. But that’s not the case in Paris. Perhaps, secretly, the Parisian bosses expected him to behave like in Lille, but at the same time they wanted to satisfy the manners of elite hoteliers.

In such a situation, Galtier was forced, in order to seize the opportunity of his entire career, to break his own approach to work. He ceased to be himself, did not become what they wanted to see in him, respectively, failed the task. For example, Christophe Dugarry, who knows him well, openly declares that Galtier is nothing like himself and regrets how the coach has arranged himself.

Again, a story from last season appears in the press when the players PSG organized a party in Madrid after the Champions League match. When the Parisians dropped out of the tournament, many players didn’t want to give up on their plans. It took the mediation of President Nasser Al-Khelaifi to bring the players to their senses, get them on a plane and return to Paris. Two balls in Monaco PSG lost after his losses. And he himself then shouted at teammates after their mistakes. He took unwarranted risks in simple situations.

Verratti is a symbol of it PSG. Neither in defence, nor in midfield, nor in defense is there a sense of teamwork, a sense of responsibility for the result. Sergio Ramos, at 36, is almost the only one who still shows his talent. But he’s just isolated. PSG it’s not a team.
