Glavchich: “Russians and Serbs are brothers for centuries. I want to get a Russian passport

Serbian midfielder of Khimki Nemanja Glavchich told RB Sport about his desire to get a Russian passport.
– I learned Russian without a tutor, I just taught it myself, because I have been playing here for a year and I must know the language perfectly. Serbian and Russian are similar, many words are pronounced the same way.
In Serbia there is no negative in my direction, that I play in Russia, everyone supports me. For Serbs, the RPL is a good league. Russians and Serbs are brothers for centuries, of course! I want to get a Russian passport. If this is the case, why not? For me it would be interesting.
Play for the Russian team? Let’s see, haha,” said Glavcic.
26-year-old Glavchich joined Khimki in January 2022. He has made 13 appearances for the team this season, scoring assists.
