Drunk Ajax fans almost got into a fight with the club’s CEO van der Sar

Ajax fans have clashed with the club’s CEO, Edwin van der Sar, according to De Telegraaf.
Four men, who were intoxicated, were waiting for van der Sar in the parking lot near the stadium. A group of young people harassed and threatened a Dutch club official and his family. Only the intervention of the guards could prevent a potential fight.
Apparently, the cause of the conflict could be the intention of van der Sar to return Marc Overmars to the club, who was fired a year ago from the post of sports director for sexual harassment of some Ajax employees.
Ajax are currently second in the Dutch league table this season, six points behind leaders Feyenoord.
