Monaco midfielder Alexander Golovin is capable of playing in any top league, according to well-known Portuguese agent Paulo Barbosa.
Earlier, information appeared in the media that Borussia Dortmund offered Monaco 40 million euros for Golovin.

The 26-year-old Russian has made 37 Monaco appearances in all competitions this season, scoring six goals and making seven assists. In total, Golovin played 168 games for the French club, in which he scored 23 goals and gave 32 assists.
