Amkar will receive a subsidy from the Perm Territory budget in 2023, this amount will be 100 million rubles more than last year. Additionally, the club will raise at least 30% of its total budget from extra-budgetary sources. The region’s Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports commented on the matter:
The terms of the co-financing will change this year. Under the new rules, the club must raise at least 30% of its total budget from non-budgetary sources. According to the selection, the amount of the budget grant FC Amkar-Perm will amount to 125 million rubles.
In 2022, the amount of subsidy from the budget of the Kama region to the football club was 22.5 million rubles, which is 10% of the club’s total budget. In the 2021/22 season, the club’s budget amounted to 80 million rubles, including a subsidy from the regional budget. Former club president Valery Chuprakov noted that a maximum of 250 million rubles is required to enter the First League. The club’s expenses, according to Chuprakov, are approximately 110-120 million rubles. This year, the Perm team plans to enter the First League.
