Ex-football player of the Russian national team Dmitry Bulykin told RB Sport that he considers Lokomotiv midfielder Sergey Pinyaev to be the future of Russian football.
On Sunday, the Russian team beat the Iraqi team in St. Petersburg with a score of 2:0. Pinyaev scored in the second half and became the youngest goal scorer in the history of the Russian team, breaking the record of Dmitry Sychev.
– A great match, there was a lot of anxiety in the first half, but the second guys played great, that’s why they won. Thank you for giving all the fans a holiday. We were waiting for this. But I want to see a much stronger game from the team.
Pinyaev? I think Sergey is the future of Russian football. He is one of the brightest attacking players in the RPL. He scored yesterday, well done, – said Bulykin.
Pinyaev is 18 years old. This season, he has played 21 matches for Samara’s Krylya Sovetov and Moscow’s Lokomotiv, scoring five goals and providing three assists.
