The goalkeeper of the youth team of the London Arsenal, Alexei Rokhas Fedorushchenko, believes that the Russian language and the Russian passport open up additional opportunities.
The 17-year-old football player was born in Basildon, England, his father is Colombian, and his mother is Russian. He was involved in the youth teams of England and Russia, but in December he made his debut for the youth team of Colombia.
– If a club like Krasnodar made an offer to you in a year or two, would you move?
– It is difficult to answer such a question here and now, because the situation is always changing. Football is unpredictable. Such decisions will have to be made in the moment. Of course, the Russian language and Russian passport open up additional opportunities,” Fedorushchenko told Sport24.
