Thanks to the rescue of Denis Adamov, Sochi won in the minority. Exiled Dzhanaev is obliged to put down!

The next round of the RPL WORLD from the first matches began to give fans bright game moments. While Artem Dzyuba was enchanting in the meeting between PARI NN and Lokomotiv, a real goalkeeper’s feat happened in the match between Dynamo and Sochi.

Sochi goalkeeper Denis Adamov had to unscheduledly enter the field due to the stupid removal of his colleague Soslan Dzhanaev. However, the goalkeeper did not lose his head and literally a minute later dragged the penalty.

And Sochi also won in the minority!

Howler

At the 24th minute of the match there was a curious episode. The Dynamo defender made a long forward throw hoping for Denis Makarov’s speed. Sochi goalkeeper Soslan Dzhanaev decided to intercept, but the unexpected happened. The ball hit defender Timofey Margasov, who was fighting with Makarov, and bounced to the side. As a result, Dzhanaev missed and was forced to foul. An experienced goalkeeper grabbed the Dynamo player who was running away to the empty goal by his shorts and knocked him to the lawn. The arbiter pointed to the point without hesitation.

However, Sochi’s troubles did not end there. Judge Roman Galimov turned out to be principled and did not spare Kurban Berdyev’s team. Dzhanaev saw a red card in front of him. The emotional “attack” on the referee did not bear fruit – and the goalkeeper, frustrated, went to the locker room.

Adamov’s feat

Instead of Dzhanaev, 25-year-old Denis Adamov entered the field. The goalkeeper looked confident enough, although he had a duel with one of the best penalty takers of the Russian championship – Daniil Fomin. By the way, before the goalkeeper entered the field, the head of the team, Dmitry Puchkov, ran to the Sochi goal. An employee of the club took a bottle there, on which, according to the commentator, there was a hint where Fomin could punch.

It is not known what role the cheat sheet from Kurban Berdyev played in the end, but Adamov dragged the penalty. It took Denis less than a minute from the moment he entered the field to create this small feat! Having beaten off the penalty kick, the goalkeeper triumphantly threw his hands up and accepted the congratulations of his partners. Well, Dzhanaev should separately thank his colleague, who, in fact, saved his goalkeeper honor. Exiled simply must be put down!

And Sochi also managed to snatch victory thanks to the goals of Vanya Drkusic and Artem Makarchuk. Who knows: maybe it was Adamov’s penalty shot that gave the team an impetus and helped to score the most important three points?

INFANTINO: “If there was no FIFA, there would be no football in 150 countries of the world”

FIFA President Gianni Infantino He commented on World Cup ticket prices, saying they reflected “absolutely insane” demand for next summer’s tournament:

“We have six to seven million tickets and in 15 days we received 150 million ticket requests. So every day we have 10 million requests. This shows how strong the World Cup is.”

FIFA has sold just 44 million tickets in almost 100 years of the World Cup. So we were able to sell tickets for the 300th anniversary of the World Cup in two weeks. Just imagine. “This is absolutely crazy.”

Infantino also noted that funds from ticket sales would be reinvested into world football, but did not specify a specific amount:

“The important thing is that the revenue from this goes back into football around the world. If it weren’t for FIFA, there would be no football in 150 countries of the world. Football exists thanks to the revenues we get from the World Cup, and we reinvest that into football around the world.”

Previously, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer called on FIFA to further reduce 2026 World Cup ticket prices.
