Maccabi denied rumors about the possible appointment of Talalaev to the post of head coach

The sports director of Maccabi Tel Aviv, Barak Yitzhaki, commented on the information that Russian specialist Andrey Talalaev could become the new head coach of the team.
– Information about the possible appointment of Talalaev is not true. We have a coach,” Yitzhaki told Sport24.
Earlier, journalist Ivan Karpov published in his Telegram channel information about the possible continuation of Talalaev’s career after leaving Torpedo: Maccabi, the UAE team and OFI (Crete, Greece).
On March 22, the press service of the Moscow “Torpedo” reported that Talalaev left the post of head coach of the team. The agreement with the 50-year-old specialist was terminated by mutual agreement of the parties. On March 28, Spaniard Josep Clotet became the new head coach of Torpedo.
