Fedotov noted the team spirit of CSKA and told how the season of worms affected the quality of the field in Voronezh
CSKA head coach Vladimir Fedotov noted the teamwork of the players in the victory match against Fakel, and also explained why the condition of the field at the stadium in Voronezh left much to be desired.
The Sunday meeting of the 21st round of the WORLD RPL ended with a score of 2:0 in favor of the guests. The goals were scored by Fedor Chalov and Ivan Oblyakov.
– We are talking about the fact that this is a well-deserved victory. We completely dominated the first half, completely outplayed the opponent. And a very difficult field. In the second half, we got a little addicted, the opponent used the tactics of bulking up, but we still didn’t allow anything to be done. And then they scored the second, relieving tension in terms of the result.
(In the second half) the opponent simplified the game, there were a lot of long passes. In the first minutes we failed to cope with the rebound and quickly lost the ball. That’s the problem, you’re tired. I think after the replacement everything fell into place.
— How do you play Carrascal?
– Not only Carrascal entered the field, but the team that achieved victory. I celebrate team play and team spirit. Congratulations to the fans.
– Why is the field difficult, crushing?
– It does not crush, it is of a very complex consistency, it has not yet been watered. I suggest everyone just go out and have a look. We were told that this is the season of worms, they dug up the field, ”the Match TV website quotes Fedotov.
Fakel head coach Dmitry Pyatibratov said that the Voronezh club did not have enough courage in the game.
– We were timid, a little embarrassed to play football, we lost in desire and passion, we were inferior in martial arts. But CSKA forced us to play like that. A very organized team, it was not easy for us, they showed very intense football,” Pyatibratov said.
Live broadcasts of MIR RPL matches can be watched on the Match TV and MATCH PREMIER federal channels, as well as on matchtv.ru and sportbox.ru websites.
