Former Lokomotiv Moscow defender Roman Shishkin told RB Sport that the railroad workers with the current game will rise up and end up where they have always been.

On Saturday, Lokomotiv defeated PARI NN Nizhny Novgorod with a score of 4:0 in the away match of the 21st round of the WORLD RPL. After the championship was resumed, the team of Mikhail Galaktionov scored four victories in four matches.

– The first minutes of the match between PARI NN and Lokomotiv surprised – not to say that the guests crushed Nizhny with some kind of onslaught, assault and pressure. We just created chances and realized them. Implementation was just the key moment of the game. As for Dziuba, having scored these goals, he proved everything to everyone. A lot of criticism came to him … And Loko signed him just to raise the team, score goals. Which he does. Lokomotiv generally looked more motivated in this game, it was evident from some small moments. This is the level of martial arts, and they valued the ball very much. Well, and, of course, the individual game of the same Dzyuba or Pinyaev affected. I also note that Galaktionov’s work is visible – the coach is not afraid to involve young people, to rotate some positions. This is a big risk, but he is not afraid, he does what he has planned. At this pace, Lokomotiv will rise up and end up where it has always been.

— What about PARI NN?

— It’s hard to say anything about PARI NN and evaluate the work of the coach, yet the team is approaching the relegation zone. And the big question is that I did not see any spark in the eyes of the players. The team is in this position… And going out like this at home and looking so unmotivated and even hopeless both in terms of the game and in creating chances…

Lokomotiv is 11th in the RPL standings with 25 points. In the next round, the Red-Greens will host Zenit St. Petersburg on April 9.
