President of Barcelona Joanna Laporta sent a letter to Uefa AND Fifa in relation to the “Negreira case”, with the request to be responsible and not to participate in the public statements that the club undergoes, as well as to abstain from public statements and allow the club to be able to defend itself in court. This was reported by Radio Catalunya.
It is noted that the head of the “blue garnet” in a letter provided clarifications that the Catalans consider important to justify payments in the period from 2001 to 2018 to the former deputy chairman of the Technical Committee of Referees Jose Maria Enriquez Negreira.
