Clermont cannot yet agree with Spartak on the purchase of the contract of the loaned Belgian defender Maximiliano Kofrier, reports Metaratings.ru.
It is noted that the French club cannot agree with the player himself. Cofriet’s agent is considering other career options in Europe for the defender. The chances of Cofrie returning to the RPL are extremely small, the football player aims to continue his career in one of the top 10 European championships.
Kofriye became a Spartak player in August 2021. He moved from the Belgian Saint-Truiden. In total, the defender made 26 appearances for the Red-Whites in all competitions, his contract with Muscovites runs until the end of June 2025.
The footballer joined Clermont on loan in August 2022. The 26-year-old has made 18 appearances in Ligue 1 this season without scoring.
