Russian coach Alexander Tarkhanov believes that the leaders of Khimki show their lack of professionalism by changing a large number of head coaches during the current WORLD RPL season.
Earlier, Khimki appointed Andrey Talalaev as the head coach of the team, the contract is for five years. In the course of this season, Talalaev was dismissed at Akhmat and left Torpedo by mutual agreement of the parties.
– It’s good that Khimki appointed Talalaev. He has a lot of experience and has coached many teams. The five-year contract says that the management does not expect the club to remain in the RPL, although they have a chance to catch on for the play-offs. Only four points separate them from 14th place. He was taken with an eye to creating a team even if the team relegated to the First League.
– Will his appointment put an end to the coaching leapfrog in a club near Moscow?
– Hard to tell. Suddenly, he, too, completely fails – then it will be necessary to appoint someone else. I don’t think this will happen.
– The same Rinat Bilyaletdinov lasted only one match.
– So, the leaders show their lack of professionalism, since they shy away and change so many coaches.
– Does the team generally have a combat-ready squad to fight for the preservation of registration?
– The composition that they disbanded was stronger. Too abruptly they changed half of the team. The new players have yet to play so that there is no discord on the field, ”Euro-Futbol.Ru quotes Tarkhanov as saying.
Talalaev has become the fifth Khimki coach this season. Previously, the team was led by Sergey Yuran, Nikolay Pisarev, Spartak Gogniyev and Rinat Bilyaletdinov.
