Fans of Feyenoord staged an original action during the first quarter-final match of the Europa League against Roma.
In the first half, they began to throw various inflatable toys, but did not throw them on the field.
Earlier, the Royal Netherlands Football Union (KNVB) tightened security measures at matches after an incident that occurred in the Dutch Cup semi-final between Feyenoord and Ajax. The meeting was interrupted due to a lighter hitting Ajax midfielder Davi Klassen. The object hit the football player in the head, as a result of which he received a cut and was forced to seek medical help.
