The director of Sevastopol, Valery Chaly, told RB Sport that by April 24 the club will send documents to the RFU for licensing to participate in the Second League.
Earlier in April, a bill was submitted to the Duma on the integration of four new regions of Russia into the existing system of functioning of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation, and Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said that athletes, coaches and judges of the new regions of Russia would be able to create their own federations and fully enter in all-Russian, and will also be able to participate in competitions of any level.
— Football club “Sevastopol” is preparing for the passage of licensing in professional football. We are preparing documents. Until the 24th, we will send them to the RFU. Further information from the Russian Football Union will be whether something needs to be corrected, or everything will be fine. I am sure that we will play in the championship, and everything will be fine with us, – said Chaly.
