Former Juventus Vice President Pavel Nedved acquitted for black and white financial crimes.
In January the court of the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) accepted the prosecutor’s request, which asked for the imposition of sanctions against the club. The former managers of Torino have been disqualified from football. 15 points were removed from the team, but in April they were returned.
Former club president Andrea Agnelli and former CEO Maurice Arrivabene received a two-year suspension, former vice president Pavel Nedved – was suspended for 8 months, former sports director Fabio Paratici – for 2.5 years, sporting director of the bianconeri Federico Cherubini – for one year and 4 months.
The appeals of Nedved and other former members of the Juventus board of directors have been accepted. The bans and interdicts imposed by the court were lifted by them. FIGC.
