Wes Brown’s business, Wes Brown Limited, was struck off the register last year. HMRC (His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs – ed) filed for bankruptcy on 27 February, and on 12 April this application was upheld by the High Court.
Brown is said to have earned £50,000 a week while playing Manchester United. Documents show that his company was deregistered in January 2022 for failing to report after April 2019. Furthermore, Brown’s company was liquidated in 2019 and he filed for reinstatement a month later. .
