Barcelona could sign the Liverpool midfielder from Montevideo Fabricio Diaz.
The Blue Garnets have already met the player’s agent. The Catalan club has already agreed with Liverpool on the transfer of a player for 8 million euros.
Diaz is the captain of the Uruguayan U20 team.
