“Evseev is ready to work with the RPL team, he will cope with the Fakel” – Gadzhiev

Honored coach of Russia Gadzhi Gadzhiev believes that Vadim Evseev will cope with his duties as the head coach of Fakel.

Earlier, Evseev left the post of head coach of the Yaroslavl “Shinnik”, and on Monday he became the coach of “Fakel”, replacing Dmitry Pyatibratov.

– Evseev is ready to work with the RPL team. I think that he will cope with his duties in the Torch. He has basic knowledge of the work of a coach, he knows the subject itself. Vadim also has strong-willed qualities and everything else to work in the RPL. But in this situation, a lot depends on other factors, on the Voronezh club itself, the level of organization in it, tasks and much more.

Did Fakel need to change their coach in their situation a few rounds before the end of the championship? No one can answer this question. We do not know the real state of the team and the club in which he is. Fakel played the last game normally – Dynamo won. Perhaps the issue of dismissal of the coach was a long time ago, and Evseev could not leave Shinnik until he was guaranteed to keep the team in the First League. Preliminary negotiations could have been a long time ago. I admit this as one of the possible options,” Gadzhiev told Metaratings.ru.

Fakel is 14th in the WORLD RPL standings with 21 points.
